blossom festival menu
Served from 5pm-9pm April 8th, 9th and 10th in celebration of the Salt Spring Island Blossom Festival. Ten percent of of the sales from this menu will be donated to the Salt Spring Japanese Garden Society.

spinach salad with roasted tomato, Salt Spring Island goat cheese, hard boiled farm fresh eggs from Drew Thorburn on Isabella Point Road, and our own maple balsamic vinaigrette

Salt Spring Island mussels in a green curry banana sauce served with grilled house baked focaccia bread

pan roasted breast of chicken in a red curry coconut sauce on a grilled potato and pea samosa – served with seasonal vegetables
house made roasted vegetable and Salt Spring smoked tofu cannelloni with tomato sauce and mozzerella cheese – served with caesar salad and grilled focaccia bread
grilled wild salmon fillet in a herbed butter sauce with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables
