father’s day – free photo shoot

This Sunday, June 17th is Father’s Day!

Here at the Rock Salt we want to show some serious customer/Father appreciation so we are hosting a complimentary photo shoot with Billie Woods!   The photo shoot will be available from 11am through 1pm.  The photos will be avaiable for you to download off of our Rock Salt Flickr photo stream after Father’s day.

In addition to the photo shoot, if you were clever enough  to make a reservation for your Father’s Day brunch, then you might be the lucky winner of brunch “on the house”!  We will pull names out of the hat for this promotion.

Here is a sample of our brunch specials that will available from 9am – 3pm:

- mixed wild mushroom omlette with Salt Spring Island goat cheese & fresh herbs, home fries & toast

- smoked salmon bennies with lemon zest hollandaise, served with asparagus & home fries

- steak topped with sauteed wild mushrooms & eggs, served with home fries & toast

- chocolate french toast topped with caramelized bananas & whip cream

- sugar daddy – hibiscus cocktail

- rum runner sea cider by the glass
