The benefit of making everything from scratch is we know what is in our food! We have carefully analyzed our recipes, checked ingredient lists and kitchen procedures to create a list of gluten-free menu options. We have done our very best but cannot guarantee the absolute absence of gluten in some commercial ingredients such as dried spices.
This menu is available at lunch and dinner. If you would like a gluten free breakfast we can modify our current breakfast menu to suit your needs. We do have corn tortillas available as a substitution for toast with egg breakfasts.
