Monday nights Chef Max Del Vecchio presents Pasta Fresca, a taste of Italy on Salt Spring. Max Del Vecchio recently moved to Salt Spring from Italy and opened an exciting fresh pasta store in Gasoline Alley in Ganges. We will be cooking his favourite dishes every Monday night at Rock Salt.

Wine Tasting Wednesdays: Very special bottle prices with purchase of two dinner entrees. Come sample our energetic wine list!

Thursdays are Prime Rib Night. Top quality prime rib with homemade Yorkshire pudding, garlic mashed potato, seasonal veggies and au jus will on sale for $15 October to March.

Fresh Fish Fridays: Featuring fresh fish specials every Friday night.

Free Birthday Meals: As always people eat for free on the actual day of their birthday when they dine with two other adults.

Lunch Deal: Grilled naan bread sandwich (will be a different kind every day) with a bowl of soup for $8. Monday to Friday 11:30 am to 3 pm.

Bennie Sale: Saturday & Sunday 8 am to 3 pm Ham Bennies and Tomato & Spinach Bennies will be on sale for $8. Come and get some!
